TEA’s BIBLE

Guide

Recommended Teas for Tea Soda

Tea soda is a refreshing drink made by mixing strong brewed and chilled tea with carbonated water. The more aromatic the flavored tea, the more the bubbles enhance its fragrance.

To make it, brew the tea at 2-3 times the strength of hot tea, chill it quickly, and mix it with carbonated water in a 1:1 ratio in a glass filled with ice. Adding lemon or mint makes it even more refreshing.
