African Black Tea: Kenya, Malawi and Rwanda

Africa is a major tea-growing region. Kenya in particular produces a great deal of it, and it is widely used in tea bags and blends. Much of it is made by the CTC method, which brews strong in a short time.

Malawi is one of the continent's older growing regions, giving a clear, bright cup. Rwanda combines highland freshness with body.

These teas tend to brew strong, which makes them easy to pair with milk.
