About This Site

TEA's BIBLE is a specialized information site for black tea that has been running since 1996. Our goal is to deliver knowledge about black tea in a way that is as easy to understand as possible, so you can "know," "brew," and "enjoy" it. We are currently undergoing a renewal, and we have first published the Tea Encyclopedia, which compiles tea leaves from around the world. Additionally, in Learn About Tea, we provide basic knowledge on brewing methods, grades, seasonal varieties, compatibility with water, culture, history, and more, while Recipe Variations introduces various tea recipes. Furthermore, we have made it possible for everyone to submit Reviews of beverages and sweets related to black tea. We will continue to grow as a community site for black tea in the future.
