Rotorvane
A machine that cuts leaf fine — sitting between orthodox and CTC.
A Rotorvane pushes tea through a screw and breaks it into small pieces. Passing rolled leaf through it produces fine tea that brews quickly and efficiently.
It sits between labour-intensive orthodox manufacture and fully granular CTC, and is often used for tea destined for tea bags.
