Broken Orange Pekoe. Smaller than OP, so it brews strong in a short time.
BOP stands for Broken Orange Pekoe: OP-sized leaf broken smaller. With more cut surfaces, the tea dissolves faster and reaches full strength in a short steep.
It is common in Ceylon teas and works well with milk. Since it over-extracts easily, keep the steeping time on the short side.
