Masala Chai

A spicy and authentic milk tea that warms you up during the cold season. Using specially blended spices for tea makes it easy to enjoy.

Tea leaves for milk tea (such as Assam)
2 tsp
Water
100 ml
Milk
200 ml
Tea spices (cardamom, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, etc.)
to taste
Sugar
to taste

How to make

    Pour the specified amount of water into a pot and bring it to a boil. Once boiling, add the tea leaves and simmer for 1-2 minutes.

    Add the milk and spices, and simmer on low heat to prevent boiling over. Reduce to low heat just before boiling and simmer for about 3 minutes.

    Add sugar and stir well.

    Strain the tea into cups using a tea strainer.

💡 Tip

Adjust the spices to your preference. Adding a cinnamon stick enhances the aroma.
