Mint Tea

Mint Tea

A refreshing black tea made with fresh mint, perfect for after meals or a quick pick-me-up.

Ingredients1 serving

black tea (Ceylon, Nilgiri, etc.)
1 tsp
hot water
200 ml
fresh mint
a pinch
sugar
to taste

How to make

    Place the tea leaves and mint leaves in a pot, then pour in the hot water.

    Steep for about 3 minutes to extract the flavors.

    Strain into a cup and add sweetness as desired.

💡 Tip

For a sweeter and stronger brew, chill it for a Moroccan-style mint tea. It's also great as an iced drink.
